Worked w/Ms. Kenya Wilson
I worked with Ms. Kenya Wilson remotely and when I arrived in the area. She has the best customer service over the phone... and in person. Very knowledgeable of The Flats at Southside Works in addition to the sister property Residence at Soth High. The 2 reasons I was not able to go with The Flats @ Southside Works was that I needed a 2BA 2BA (not a 1BD1BA) w/in 2-3 weeks time frame. Otherwise this apartment complex checked ALL the boxes for me. Including Ms. Kenya Wilson's most welcoming and work with me attitude.
